Yes!!! That is the essence of booking "The Spot". The space is unique and cozy for the perfect small, intimate setting.
Do you work with vendors and service providers (i.e., photographers, decorators, bartenders, caterers)?
Yes!!! We are always looking to work with local talent. Our clients ask us all the time for referrals. Give us a call or email to let us know you are interested in being in partnering with us.
What is included with the booking fee?
When you book "The Spot", there are no hidden fees. You are provided with an event manager. The venue also includes Wi-Fi, a speaker system, movable bar, and a unisex bathroom. Complimentary use of supplies such as hand towels, hand soap, and toiletries are included.
Guest are allowed 30 minutes prior to the event start time to allow paid vendors to set up (i.e., caterers, decorators, and DJs). If more time is needed, please inform your event manager as soon as possible.
When is my booking fee due?
Typically, 50% of the booking fee is due within 24 hours of booking and is NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT (except in extreme circumstances at the discretion of "The Spot" owners). The upfront fee of 50% can be paid directly at booking. If you choose not to pay on the website, an event manager will call you within 24 hours to discuss payment options.

A second payment, totaling 100% of the booking fee, is due 5 days before the scheduled event. No exceptions.
I'm not sure if the venue is too small or too big. Can I book a tour?
